Workshop Facilitation Kit

If you’re going in-person to facilitate with people, here are some helpful tools. Note the clock timer, that’s crucial in keeping people on task.

1. Sticky notes (a lot of colors, 4 ideally)
2. Sticky pad (24x36)
3. Dots
4. Sharpies (thick means less obsession over details)
5. Clock timer
6. Pens
7. Painters’ tape
8. Something to carry it in
