About My Book
We Need to Talk is a book on how to have hard conversations for people who need to have them. It's tactical, non-prescriptive and built around non-violent communication. It's researched-back and heavily tested, so you can tailor it to your situation without sounding like a robot. Here are a few situations my book covers:
